T-Channel Type 4

T-Channel Type 4 is one of the heavier-duty configurations in the PRD T-channel range, distinguished by wider flange dimensions or greater body depth compared to the earlier types. The T cross-section embeds the channel into the floor slab — flanges at floor level, stem below — providing the structural rigidity that makes T-channels suitable for environments where the drainage channel will be subjected to equipment movement, vehicle access within an industrial bay, or sustained heavy foot traffic.

Type 4 is specified when the structural or load requirements of the floor exceed what the standard Types 1–3 can accommodate, or when the specific geometry of the floor plan calls for this profile. Submit a drawing or floor plan with your enquiry and PRD will confirm the appropriate type before production. All arm lengths custom to order, DN150 outlet, 0.9° slope, AISI 304 or 316.
