1. About These Terms

These terms govern the use of the PDS website and any purchase of products from Yesod Metal Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Orders

All products listed on the PDS website are manufactured by Yesod Metal Ltd. Specifications shown are indicative. The final specification is confirmed in writing before production begins.

An order is confirmed when:

• PDS has issued a written quote or order confirmation
• The customer has confirmed the specification in writing (email, WhatsApp message, or signed document)
• The agreed deposit has been received

PDS reserves the right to decline any order.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment terms:

• A deposit of 40–50% of the total order amount is required before production begins
• The balance is due before or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest charges and delivery delays

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided with the quote. PDS will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. Delays resulting from material availability, customer-initiated specification changes, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of PDS.

Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the point of delivery.

5. Inspection and Defects

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery and notify PDS of any visible defect within 7 days of receipt. PDS will investigate reported defects and, if confirmed as a manufacturing error, will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

PDS's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in which the defect occurred.

6. Custom Products and Returns

Products manufactured to order (built to dimensions specified by the customer) are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Standard catalog products may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

Product designs, site content, brand identity, and PDS's technical documentation are the intellectual property of Yesod Metal Ltd. Reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

Drawings supplied by the customer for custom manufacturing remain the property of the customer. PDS will not use these drawings to manufacture products for other customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Israeli law, Yesod Metal Ltd.'s liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the price paid for that specific order. PDS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be settled in the courts of Israel.

10. Changes

PDS may update these terms. Updated terms will be published on the site with an effective date.
