Replacement Gratings

Stainless steel gratings are the visible, load-bearing surface of every drainage channel — the part that faces foot traffic, equipment loads, and daily cleaning cycles. PRD supplies replacement gratings both as integrated components of new channel systems and as standalone parts for existing installations where the original grating has been damaged, lost, or needs upgrading from a lower-grade or corroded original.

At 2 mm thickness, PRD gratings are engineered for rigidity: no flex underfoot, no rattling from dimensional tolerances in older or third-party channel bodies, and no deformation under sustained load. The stainless steel construction means gratings do not corrode even in aggressive chemical cleaning environments — a common failure mode for galvanised or coated replacement gratings. Replacement gratings are ordered by channel width and total grating length, cut to match your specific channel run. AISI 304 or AISI 316 to suit the environment and original channel specification.
