Bottle Channel — Wall-Mounted, Centre

The wall-mounted bottle channel runs the full length of a wall, with one face of the channel body set flush against the wall surface. This creates a continuous drainage line at the wall-floor junction — the cleanest and most hygienic drainage configuration in high-throughput wet environments. There is no gap or internal corner at the wall-floor joint where water, food residue, or cleaning chemicals can accumulate. The bottle body's expanded cross-section provides significantly more internal volume than a flat channel of the same surface width, allowing it to handle high-flow drainage without backing up.

The centre-outlet configuration places the DN150 drain connection at the midpoint of the channel run — this is the middle section piece in a wall-length installation. A complete wall drainage system typically consists of this centre piece, extended as needed, capped with left-end and right-end termination pieces. Mikveh facilities, food processing factory perimeter walls, and commercial kitchen base walls are the primary use cases where wall-length drainage is specified. Custom length, AISI 304 or 316.
